<p>Sign up for our summer camp today! Our camp is designed with all sorts of fun sports activities. We are offering two 4-day action-packed camps this summer. Kids will participate in swim-ming, tennis, special weekly field trips including trips to the Moss family farm, yoga, spinning, basketball, soccer, speed and agility training, and all sorts of fun relays and games.</p>
<p>Camp meets Mon-day through Thursday, 8:30 to 4:30pm. Bring a a sack lunch or lunch money, tennis shoes, swimming suit, and towel. (tennis rac-quet optional) Camp ages are 5 –13 years old. Early bird arrival available at 8am and until 5pm. Each session is limited to 40 par-ticipants.</p>

<p>Are you interested in exploring more facets of your personal yoga practice?<br />
A private yoga class is an opportunity to work directly with Samantha to address your individual practice. In a private class Samantha will work with your specific needs and questions. Each session is crafted for YOU so you will receive the individual attention that may not be possible in a group class. For new students, private sessions are an ideal way to learn basic poses, proper breathing techniques, and warm up to the whole notion of yoga before attending a group class.</p>
<ul>
<li>Create the healthy lifestyle you want today through a healthy mind and body connection.</li>
<li>Build your body strength, increase flexibility, tone muscle, and increase bone density!</li>
<li>Sessions include an evaluation of your current practice and an opportunity to identify goals for yourself on and off of the mat.</li>
<li>Sessions include opportunities for nutritional counseling and accommodation for injuries to compliment goals for your practice.</li>
<li>4 week sessions for $200. Days and times are flexible and can fit most schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. Single sessions and partner sessions also available upon request.</li>
