Aquatics

Our indoor pool is 25 yards long. 3.5-5 ft deep. We keep the temperature at a comfortable 84 degrees. We offer a variety of water aerobics classes, have certified swimming instructors for all ages and abilities!

*we do require 24 hours notice of cancellation for lessons in order to not be charged. We know situations occur where you may not know that far in advance you need to cancel, but this IS our POLICY. Thank you.

Parent & Pal Swim Class

Wednesdays 5:30-6pm OPEN

Jan 8-Feb 26 (8 classes)

$160 Member/ $184 Non Member per session

This will be a small 30 minute Parent and Pal Swim Class. Please make sure kiddos wear a swim diaper. 

Group Lessons

Tuesdays  6-6:30pm"Pre Team" with Coach Jordan OPEN

Pre-Team is for kids who can swim independently (float, swim one length of the pool without stopping, very comfortable putting their head in the water). The purpose of Pre-Team is to help transition kids from private/semi-private lessons with an instructor in the water with them to group lessons/team environment where the coach is out of the water. It is a small group that begins to learn swim terminology and transition from having a “swim teacher” to a “swim coach.” It is great for kids who need stroke development and are ready for a group atmosphere.

Non-Members: Daily $7.50 guest fee if you are with a member, or $12 walk in rate.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Fit- Multi level with focus on toning and cardiovascular conditioning in the pool. Moderate to high impact intensity while being safe on joints.

Aqua Basics-  Back to the basics with Fun & Fitness. Aquatic training that everyone enjoys, excellent introduction to aquatic fitness while increasing muscles definition, burn calories, improve flexibility as well as overall feeling better. Leave feeling refreshed, stretched and energized.

Aqua Zumba- An integration of the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Improve aerobic endurance, muscular resistance, flexibility and joint mobility, with a Latin flavor and international zest.

Aqua Bootcamp- High Intensity training to target every part of your body. Be prepared to sweat!

Aqua Tabata- This class will really get your heart rate going! Class format will be Interval cardio training with attention to all muscle groups, especially abdominals!

Aqua Power- start your day off right with an energizing workout designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back

Lap Swim

You must call us to reserve a time for lap swimming. Members can make reservations 1 week in advance for a 1 hour time slot. Members can add up to another hour on their swim time 24 hours in advance. Non-Members can reserve 24 hours in advance for a 1 hour time slot. Non-Members must pay the current guest fee rates.
