About Dusty

Dusty Feldman is the President and Founder of Feldman Performance in Southeast Iowa. Dusty works out of North Dodge Athletic Club as the Personal Training Director, as well as his training facility located at 126 East 3rd Street West Liberty, Iowa. Dusty specializes in corrective exercise performance, helping facilitate clients and athletes from all areas of life to achieve their desired physique and varying sports performance goals.

A graduate of St. Ambrose University, Dusty received his Bachelors of Science in Fitness and Human Performance, as well as his personal trainer certification (CP-T) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Dusty was a varsity collegiate baseball athlete and a four sport athlete in high school. He was an athletic scholarship recipient at both Kirkwood Community College and St. Ambrose University.

Passionate about sports and physical activity, Dusty found his love helping clients meet their goals. Dusty prides himself on being a coach for both healthy and injured individuals alike. In addition, he has successfully worked with clients of all builds and all ages including; athletes, youth, individuals, and groups. Dusty also has worked in a variety of arenas including outdoors and in home sessions. Dusty is also capable of aiding in program design and nutrition coaching.

As a fitness professional, Shannon has years of training and education with specialties in strength training and conditioning, boxing, Martial Arts, and functional movement. Her mission is to educate each individual on obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise, strength, and flexibility, while having fun! This can be accomplished by motivation and the desire for a better way of living. Attaining these goals will help with injury prevention and coordination. The goals you achieve will not only enhance your life, but are anti-aging and can reverse bone loss in women, as well as men.

Sessions last 12 Weeks (three months), 2-3 days a week
Group rate per person: $375

  • Monday: 8:30AM
  • Tuesday: 7:00PM
  • Wednesday: 8:30AM
  • Thursday: 7:30PM
  • Friday: 5:30PM

About Sarah
Through her passion for health and fitness, Sarah has developed a desire to bring this energy to others through individual training. She strives to help others reach their personal fitness goals–and go beyond–to live a happier, healthier life through exercise & nutrition.

Sarah has been a member of North Dodge Athletic Club since 2006 and instructs several classes including BodyPump, Spin, HardCore & Water Aerobics. Sarah is an AFAA certified personal trainer, holds a Les Mills BodyPump certification, a Les Mills BodyFlow certification, is Spin certified & is CPR current. Sarah has competed in a NPC Figure & Bodybuilding show, placing 3rd.

Sarah’s Small Group Training
Training sessions will be strength based to help you increase your overall strength, endurance & burn fat & calories. Times & space are limited.

Sessions last 4 Weeks (one month), 2-3 days a week
Group rate per person: $125

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:15am
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 1:30pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am
  • Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm
